A Full Service Rotational Molding Facility

In addition to our rotational molding business, we have a polyurethane foam department, currently designed to perform production foam filling of hollow plastic parts.

Our polyurethane foam equipment is environmentally friendly, with state of the art technology. It has an output ranging from 60 grams per second, up to 300 grams per second.

We can provide specialty foams to meet critical requirements for density, flotation, fire retardant and color, just to name a few. We currently have polyurethane foam capable of filling molded parts for flotation, insulation, sound baffling, and rigidity.

We also design and build all of our foaming fixtures in house. We are capable of making any type of fixture required to assure successful completion of your project, and production that is consistently reproducible thereafter.
