Akro Plastics design engineers use the latest, most up to the date cad software available.

Our engineering department works closely with the customer, and provides them with 3D and 2D drawings throughout the design of their product.

We can assist with all phases of the rotomold process, from design, to having the mold made, to prototyping, to production.

Our customers are kept informed of the progress of their project every step of the way.

Already have your electronic files? That's okay, we can work from those also.

The project above started out as sketches from a customer, and evolved to 10 separate parts, from 4 rotational molds. The part (top left) comes from a back to back mold, creating 2 part per cycle. The 7 green parts (above right) were designed into one mold, and are then CNC trimmed to give them the finished product.
