A Full Service Rotational Molding Facility

With two 5-axis CNC routers, Akro-Plastics can trim your parts to the most demanding tolerances achievable in rotational molding.

Not only does trimming parts with a CNC router allow for closer tolerances, but it also provides better consistency and repeatability from part to part.

Our CNC routers have travels of 120"x120"x48", with full 5 axis capability and twin tables, allowing for multiple parts to be running at the same time. Larger parts can still be successfully run using more than one set up.

Akro-Plastics CNC department designs and builds all fixtures in house. We take the design and intentions of our customers, and create a fixture to allow for successful, consistent trimming of each part.

Whether a product only calls for a few small holes, or complex cutting and shaping, our programmers are skilled at writing precise, efficient programs for each part.
