A Full Service Rotational Molding Facility

Trim documents are created by our quality assurance department for all secondary operations at Akro-Plastics and New Berlin Plastics. These documents contain all the necessary information for doing any particular job. As seen on the document at left, every tool needed, the cutters, cleaners, and parts list are all present on each document. This allows for any employee, whether new or veteran to refer back and be certain they are performing each job the same way every time. This provides for consistency in workmanship and repeatability in processes.

Our quality department works with production on a daily basis to be sure all documents remain current, and to see that all employees are trained in reading and executing these procedures.
